i just put a new rest on my bow and when I shot for the first time my shots were high so I followed my arrow. I moved the pin all the way up and it was still high, I adjusted the sight itself up as far as it would go and still shooting high. At 20yds with a three inch diameter circle i have to aim about an inch low to hit dead center. Does anyone have any recommendations or ideas of what i can do to fix this issue.

Since you just put on the new rest, make sure that your nock point isn't too low, it should be square to the string or just slightly high.
An easy, quick way to check is to get your drivers license or a credit card or something that has got a square corner on it. Nock an arrow and lay one edge of the card along the string, under the arrow, and the other edge should touch flush with no gaps at the front or back of the card. If the nock point is either too high or too low, it will be pretty easy to see and adjust accordingly.

I don't know how much you know about setting up a bow. I hope this helps.
