I'd at minimum go to a dealer and see what your draw length will be and see how comfortable you are at the different draw weights...that will help let you know if the bow will "fit"

More important than the brand a used bow is would be knowing who owned it and how that person treats their equipment, how honest they are, etc., etc.
No way I'd buy any bow from a total stranger unless I at leasthad feedback from others. Check the classifieds on the Archery forums.
That's a great place to start looking for a used bow.

I'm 6' 4" and I do plan on using a release. I have been looking in the for sale forums on here trying to find something decent in the 34" range. I appreciate all the feedback!
I was hoping to get something a little newer for sure. Ebay has some nice stuff too, I guess i'm just not sure where to begin. I live in Spokane Washington and I think there is only one archery shop around that has anybody knowledgeable, Maybe I'll go up there tomorrow after work.
Thanks

The reason i asked if you were planning on using a release now is b/c you wont need as long of a DL as you would shooting it with your fingers. Good luck on the find.

Actually your DL will be the same with or without a release. Your anchor point will be different tho.
I would go with a Ultratech or Razortech instead of the Havoc. If it is a Cam1/2 the DL is adjustable without having to change cams. Check on Archer Talk classifieds. You can find some good deals there.

If you're 6'4", I'd definitely go for something in the 35"-38" ata range. Short bows can be finicky to shoot, even worse with a long DL
