Heres an epi that i wouldnt trade:D one and only, straight from nashville customs! It was a damaged in the clear coat stage and was condemned "garbage" so now ive got it. Did have burstbuckers in it but now they are emg's.

Had to show it off, shes a beauty...

Real nice-love the color!

Did you put the black hardware on? A few years ago I had the transparent red quilt in the same guitar but it was all creme/nickel hardware. It had great sustain and a really good natural resonant tone for "mystery mahogany" (the fake mahogany-often luan-that all the MIC/MIK imports are made of), but the frets started lifting up off the board so I had to send it back [:'(]

No... the builder actually put on all of the hardware, and took the guitar for himself:D On the back you can tell there is a clear coat defect, and they deemed it garbage, so it was a factory 2nd. It had burstbuckers and all gibby wiring etc, but I put the emg's in a few years back. It is a really great sounding guitar for what it is.
