Washington Hunter,
a word from a former paper tuning freak: It' s a good place to start but it' s only a start. I tuned both my DC Patriot and my Merlin Lite Storm solo to bullet holes and they both shot pretty good. But when I went further into group tuning they both shot fantastic. Do a search on group tuning or super tuning to find out more.
