to be posting polls that is being away for so long I'm just trying to get a gauge on the general populace here and their preferences.

However I see there is no "post a poll" option here in the Tech forum- is this just an issue due to the server migration?

Poll away Jeff! Why can't you post a poll, I just did as a test and had no problem. Oh yeah, I deleted mine.

unlike over in the Bowhunting forum (where I posted a poll a little while ago), there is no button at the top in the tech forum for "post a poll". Nor when I open a new thread is an option givien to make it a poll?

P.S. down at the very bottom right I notice on my screen that post a new thread and some other options are checked with the green check, but post a poll shows a red X.

Hmmm, maybe a glitch to members? I can post a regular thread or a poll here in the tech forum, maybe its a moderator thing. Will have to contact Rob about this.
