Bow feels harder to pull at times?

Bow feels harder to pull at times?
All - Anyone ever have this happen to them?
I have an older bow, Proline Riptide. For a long time now, there are times I pull the bow back and it feels harder to pull then other times. I am not talking harder today and easier tomorrow. I actually mean, out of 5 arrows in a row, some pulls feel different. If actually feels like the bow draws different at times. In addition to just feeling a bit harder, it feels like the cams rollover softer and smoother at times than others.
Please let me know if anyone has experienced or heard of this.

It could be a variety of things from the cable slide hanging up to bent axles.
Might even be a timing issue that you aren't able to put your finger on what feels different.Might be time for strings and cables.
