Hello, I just heard from someone that there were limbsaver brand vanes that actually quieted your arrow down! I was wondering if anyone has heard of these? If so has anyone tried them out? How do they weigh compared to a regular vane are they haevier? Thanks for any answers

I just received their catalog in the mail a few days ago and also noticed them. I think their weight was either 13 or 23 grains per fletch but I cannot remember which. I have the local shop ordering some for me so that I can try them out.

Wow thats some serious weight 60 grains on the back of your arrow compared to 5 for feathers .

And they should wreak havoc with FOC.

13 grains per fletch isn' t too bad...about the same as some of the older heavy 5" vanes like Bohning, and Marco, but if it' s more than that, and these things take off for Sims, I' m gonna buy stock in 145 grain field tips and the old Bear Razorheads.

if they are as heavy as what everyone is saying, you might as well tie a boat anchor to your arrow[&:][&:][&:][&:]
