when it is said there will be an initial loss of speed but that will be offset at longer distances how little loss in speed and at what longer distance and you all feel there is inproved accurracy ?

I found that there was not that much difference in the tuning but I am also using the MZE I have been using them now for 3 months and have not had to retune the nock system I have had to retie the reciever to the string tho but that was my fault I did not have it tight enough to begin with.
As for sideways kick the only time my arrows kick to the side is when I forget and punch the trigger;) other than that they are like darts zipping down range.

When I first installed them I lost 5fps out of the bow but on a comparisson I have gained 7fps at 35yds my longer range groups have tightened right up 2 1/2" groups at 40yds
