RazorTec Owners

I was just wondering you all have found a good size stabalizer or counter weights to off set the slight top limb rolling back after the shot. I have a 6" Steath on the bow now and tried my 12" stabalizer, a little better, but too big. Don' t get me wrong, it is not bad at all, I am just accustomed to haveing my bow fall forward after the shot. I also do not want to add alot of weight as it is very comfortable right now.

I was thingking about putting a weight in the hole in the bottom riser where the 2-piece quiver would go.

Thanks again

I was using a 5 inch NAP Shockblocker 500 coupled with an Sims Enhancer 2000 as my " hunting setup" on the Razortec when I was shooting it. I thought it balanced and aimed rather well but it might be too long of a setup for some tastes.

I have also recently been playing with a new stabilizer from Carolina Archery Products...I think it is called the Lore or Bore stabilizer but I am not sure. It works very well with my new bow and could also see it balancing the Razortec rather well.

I am also shooting the NAP Shockblocker on my Razortec. It' s the 7" model and works very well on a bow that is already very quiet.

Dave,

Are you using the 500 or 1000 model? I have tried both with pretty similar results...though the length does vary because of the rubber additions.
