Can somebody run these numbers for me?
XX78 SuperSlam, 28" with 4" feathers and 100 grain points....Coming off of a 2008 VectrixPlus set at 71 #'s w/ a 30" draw.
I've got this damn wiggle I can't get rid of, and I'm thinking it may be spine related. If someone w/ OT2 could run those for me, I would really, really appreciate it. Thanks in advance. EDIT: Duuuhhhhh......it's a 2512. |
RE: Can somebody run these numbers for me?
I ran it in AA and OT2(hunting box checked)and both have your spine in the optimum range. While I don't think you have a bad FOC (11.5%)you may want to try a 125 grain point and see what happens. A little higher FOC may be just what you need to give that last little bit of stabilization and it still keeps you in the optimum spine range.

RE: Can somebody run these numbers for me?
Stupid question from me, but did you paper tune the bow good? I used to shoot the same shaft combo a while back, and I did ok with the 100 grain head, due to the fact that your inserts (aluminum) weigh in at @ 40+ grains. I would take a good look at the rest. Also, I assume you are shooting a release.
Good luck, I hope you get "straightened" out!!! Jason |
