RE: three question's??

I would say....
Check out the Cabelas 4 pin extended site.
http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/pod/standard-pod.jsp?_DARGS=/cabelas/en/common/catalog/pod-link.jsp_A&_DAV=MainCatcat21424-cat20071&rid=&indexId=cat20071&navActi on=push&masterpathid=&navCount=1&paren tType=index&parentId=cat20071&id=0046535
Hard pressed to find a better sight than that for the money.
Arrows.....hmmm How long is your draw??
I am guessing fairly shorter....
I would go with carbon express thunderstorms, whitetail Hunters, or beman ICS hunters
and finally...
When you can consistantly hit a 4 inch circle at30 yards, I would say keep your shots to 25 yards max.

At 40# any site will do as long as you have it sighted in correctly. Id keep your shots under 25 yards, 25 being the max at 40#

And I agree with the first post about the Cabelas sight. That's a hard sight to beat for the price. It's essentially an Extreme RT900 without the camo and logo. Very nice product.
