New anchor with red dot
I I got a "DEAS" red dot scope mount for My PSE Fire Storm Light.
Only problem is, with the scope tight up against the riser, the scope center is still 3/4" to the left of My center shoot (right hand bow) This is a problem (for Me) because my old anchor (with a peep) had my shooting eye in line with the string. So now with this set up my "aiming eye" has to be 3/4" to the left of the string. I have it set up and shooting, but it feels "weird" because I am holding the "anchor point" off my face to get my eye 3/4" to the left. If My release hand was farther back, it would put the string in the right place for this new setup, but do I increase the draw length, or use a longer release ?? Thanks, Slack |
RE: New anchor with red dot
How about one of the HHA Optimizer mounts?

RE: New anchor with red dot
Looks like the HHA still puts the scope "against" the riser in the "sight window", since on most bows the "center shot" is about 1/2" - 3/4" off the riser, the scope can never get close enough to the riser to be in line.
