bowtech infinity cam

As I understand it the L or S on the cam is for longer or shorter draw length. Can some tell if I will also change arrow speed when I change it ?

oscarg, I don' t think the change will be very noticeable. The biggest change you' ll notice will be let off. Closer to the " S" will be lower let off, 65-70%. Closer to the " L" will be 75-80%. The draw length adjustment with the stop is around 1/2" .

So, if you order an infinty cam equipped bow with a draw length of 29" , will the peg be in the middle and if so will the letoff be inbetween 65 and 80% at 72.5% ?

If you want it to have 80% letoff do you need to install a shorter module and then adjust it to the " L" on the cam?

If I remember correctly my Mighty Mite came with a sheet of paper in the box along with the birth certificate that showed where the stop should be for my draw lenght at 65%. It' s a 29" and the stop is in the center for 65% according to Bowtech.

OS the draw stop is to set the letoff, not the draw. it must be set by the spec. sheet to the draw mod. on the cam. set too far up the cam your letoff will go in the dumper, too far down you will have a long valley, and bow will shoot like crap. for best performance, set it by the book.

Jim243...It does adjust the drawlength as well as letoff.

Dave C...Bingo! That' s about it, But I' m not sure if stock set at 29" is in the middle at 72% or on the " quick" side at 65%, closer to the " s" .

Phil...I thought it was more like an inch, but you' d know better than I...I never measured it....Sure FEELS like a lot when it' s a little off though!

If you g to the bowtech website you can download the entire bowtech manual which has an entire section concerning the infinity cam. It explains in some detail how the cam works and also includes the post settings for 60 & 80 % letoff for the full range of Draw lengths
