RE: Noisy Pendelum Sight

Jim,

You have to take the set screw out of the axle at the top. Then pull the axle out as far as you can. Then you refill the holes with grease (pretty thick grease). I got that from Huey Savage himself. It worked for me. You do need pretty thick grease though! Good Luck!

Do what silentassasin says, also when you re-tighten the axle pivot bolt you can adjust the amount of play in the axles thus reducing movement which = noise. I like to tighten mine just to the poit were it moves freely, no more. I also put mini limb savers on the top and bottom of my pin guard.

If the sight was quieter on your old bow, that can only suggest that your new bow has more vibration/buzz after the shot. With the new bow did you also go with lighter arrows?

Yeh, get a Pearson Buzz Buster on that thing and watch the noise go away.
