cable guard...
 
Do to the fact that my once friendly local shop has went nuts, I am looking to you guys for a bowtech cable guard for my 08 general, any ideas.

I don't get it. You want to take the roller guard off and put a regular cable guard? Why?[&:]

no the rollers are fine, but I was told when I bought the bow that there was a guard the screws in infront of the rollers to protect them... do you get it?

OH!! Ok i get it I did see a hole in front of the roller on my Marquis also but no i haven't herd of the before.

The roller guards are a standard design for various BowTech bows. The holes are in front of the rollers for mainly the 82nd Airborn because of it's speed. The device in questionis to keep the cables from 'jumping' off the rollers at those very fast speeds, but is not really necessary for bows like the General. It can be installed, however, if you so desire. We keep them in stock for our customers.
