RE: Grim reaper
I'm not a fan of mechanicals but IMO they are a quality head.Grim reapers are one of 3 or 4mechanicals I would recommend to someone if they insisted on shooting a mechanical.

RE: Grim reaper
Grim reapers are a force to be reckoned with. I traded the 3 Blade rage BH for them and I havent looked back.

RE: Grim reaper
I have been shooting them for 6 years now. They leave great blood trails if you need it. They also are a great quartering away mechanical.

RE: Grim reaper
I bought 2 packs a few years ago. I shoot them into a foam target and after the third shoot on one head, the blades broke. I called the company amd asked for a refund. Long story short they sent me replacement blades for them. I put them up and never hunted with them. Just this year I started using them on small game. I have shoot one head numerous times into the ground. I hit rocks roots you name it this head has been through the ringer. All be it, its know where near sharp but I have yet to break another blade.
I wouldnt hesitate for a second to sling one at big game and probly will this fall!!! |
RE: Grim reaper
Great broad heads, can't go wrong. Fly great, goes through almost anything.

RE: Grim reaper
My son has been using them for about 4 years. I always swore I would not shoot them and liked my blades ready for business when the head gets there. He has had great luck with them and I have now switched over. I have Grim Reapers 1 3/4" cut ready and waiting for this fall. I don't think you will find a better mechanical out there anywhere.
