Gold Tip Ultra Light Pro series, Easton ACC's or if you want the best then Easton x10's but they are nearly $300 a dozen:D

Of course Carbon Express has some good shafts as well.

Pretty much any arrow that is spined correctly will be a good 3d arrow! For 3d I ususlly like to shoot a fatter arrow for it's line cutting ability but in some cases you just cant get those heavy spined linecutters to fly as good as "normal" arrow. One thing you should look at is over all weight of the arrow. Try to find something that you can get as close to 5gr per pound for your draw weight. The extra amnt of speed you pick up could just mean the difference between a 10 and an 8 on a target.
What I normally shoot are Goldtip X cutters but they just dont wana fly outa my scepter so I had to go with a GT 400 ultalight and let me tell ya you can see the difference in my longer range groups!! it went from being bird shot to 3 arrows touching everytime!!

Use the Arrow Dynamics .395 Mag Arrows. I have the blue label (8.0 gpi) and the yellow (7.5 gpi) and they fly faster and flatter than my hunting arrow (CE Maximas).
