Fletching with a Blitz

Ok my Shop owner gave me an old Blitz fletcher. It has a hard right helical vane holder.

I'm not new to fletching but had previously struggled with an Arizona EZ due to differring shaft sizes arrow materials..etc

So It seems simple enough but obviously it came with no instructions. Anyone want to run down the basics for me? A search was unsuccesful..but the info may be out there already if someone knows a link?

Not to pass you off but if you do a search on Bitzenberger or Bitzin this forum you will likely get more info than you want LOL :D

These are great fletching tools, IMO. There is a little screw at each end of the clamp that allows you to fine tune where the fletch winds up on the shaft. Needs to be tweaked to goto different diameter arrows. And the best way to afix the clamp to the magnet, when it is holding a fletch with glue, is to get the rear of the clamp down first, against the nock turret, and then swing the front end down against the shaft. Once you get it adjusted, the darn thing is nearly foolproof.
