If the bow isn't listed which it should be very soon (try an upgrade download)you can build it just by using the specs.

I always check my arrows out on my software before I buy.Just get a good chrono number and arrow weight to calibrate the program and then run the numbers to see what arrows will work best.

I've been to South Africa 4 times bowhunting and my advice is to only change your broadhead to acut on impact 2 blade 100 grain i.e. Magnus (2 bladed vented "Nugent Blade"). Your setup would be fine for everything except buffalo, elephant and rhino. IMHO.....Also, I have never heard of a PH that had any wayof checking your poundage or total arrow weight.

I forgot to mention that those boys over there really like those 2 bladed cut on impact razor sharp blades because they penetrate so well!

(figures the 101st and 82nd are not listed)
I have AA and done an update a couple of weeks ago.

I just checked the 82nd is listed but the 101 is not so I dare say there will be another update shortly.

Hard to imagine a better combination than the Axis FMJ tipped with a real high quality two blade broadhead. Are you still going to have to add aweight tube to make the minimum?

MN Archer, where the heck did you get a set of limbs for that Apex to go that high. Also good luck on your cape buffalo hunt.

Roskoe,

My AA software tells me the total weight will be around 544 gr...so close enough.

The place is called Batsomi Safaris. http://www.batsomisafaris.co.za/

I hope I am able to get it tuned...

Maybe put some cresting on the shafts just in case they are going to check with a scale. Those Axis FMJ's really penetrate well. They should fly great with that high of a FOC. Are you going to use feathers, 4" veins, or Blazers?
