What arrow is comparable?

I shoot ICS 400's,at least I have some I'm going to focus on I have some 340's I shoot daily, but since the 400's are going to be my staple size what others are out there that are same size, spline, etc.? I haven't priced arrows much but the 400 run about $40 a half dozen at Academy.I like the way the Bemon's shoot but how do other stack up for quality and price for same arrow?I have shot my 340's about 500 times and think it maybe time to rotate arrows too! Would that be a good idea?

Easton and CX both make arrows very similar in size and spine. The CX Maxima is the best all carbon arrow I have ever shot.:DAs far as price you pretty much get what you pay for. I have always thought the Beman ICS arrows are a good shaft for the money;)

Looks like I'm going to have an extra dozen ICS's to practice/learn with! Got some at a great price for some 340's! The 3 I shoot daily have had a rough life with a few tears in fletchings and the fletchings are warping some, this will give me 19 total arrows.I may have the 3 origanal 340's cut down to 28" and have blazers put on them just to see how I like them, all my others will be 29" till I figure out just what I need/like.Any suggestion with 27.5 d/l with 60 d/w,I'll shoot 100 gr.field or broadhead? I'm gonna shoot same arrows on the Diamond Victory when it comes in as I shoot on the Bowtech Extreme

Gold tip makes a very good arrow too.

Dont cut those 340's down . At your drawlength and poundage you are already overspined. The 400's should be the stiffest spine you are going to need with those specs.

Kinda what I'm thinking archer2,with them at 29"s I'm shooting 2-3" groups at about 33 yards so they work asgood as I can shoot right now.

I have to agree with meanv2,you get what you pay for,I shoot the ICS hunters and the problem with them that I have found if you don't hand pick them there is a lot of them out of my dozen that I bought that is way out of tolerance and you end up with some that shoot 2in. off at 20yds. than the rest of them, and the cx maxima is also the best shaft that I have shot also and I am going back to them, but I also will go to archery shop and hand pick that doz. also,so I will get what I'm paying for,I will never again by a box full of arrows without putting them on a spinner to check for straightness and to make sure there in tolerance,It may not semm like that big of a deal to someone BUT it does the maxima's are 00.25 for tolerance and it makes a world of difference when your shooting especialy at a distance, and there spined good with the cross hatch weave that they have, and that is just my opinion.........Ted

Beman ICS 340 Hunters with 100gn fp/bh would work well.

Try some of these: http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/pod/horizontal-pod.jsp?_DARGS=/cabelas/en/common/catalog/pod-link.jsp_A&_DAV=MainCatcat21424-cat20061_TGP&rid=&indexId=cat20061&nav Action=push&masterpathid=&navCount=1&p arentType=index&parentId=cat20061&id=00045 37

They are essentially a Beman ICS Hunter for a little less. If you call a retail store, they will even cut them to length free of charge, and ship them to you. I've bought 3 dozen over the past 3 yrs, and only busted a couple, 4x4 behind a target is a bad idea if you get a pass through on the target, and stump shooting is okay unless there's a big rock behind what your shooting at. I believe they are the best arrow for the money available, and they are MADE IN THE USA!!!
