its really smooth. it does have the smooth mod in it though. it compares a lot like a bowtech liberty.

I have the Bowtech Liberty from 2004 as my backup (to my new Black Ice) and if the General is that smooth then I can onlyassume that this has to be the most awesome bow ever.
