tiller adjustment
is tiller adjustment really necessary or just a matter of personal preference...as in how you want the bow to feel when drawing it?

RE: tiller adjustment
Al thank you for asking the question and Greg thank you for the link as I have been experience a kind of automatic lift up when I would put my pin on target.

RE: tiller adjustment
Since that post with Arthur P. last week, I have been playing around a bit with the tillers on my bows. It seems like, at least for the Hoyt bows, having the top limb backed off about 2/3 of a turn makesthem track fairly straight - both coming and going. I am surprised how much easier it is to keep the sight pin on the target as the arrow is released.

RE: tiller adjustment
ArthurP's post makes perfect sense.
Once you back out the top limbon Hoyts and Bowtechs ,do you need to re-time the cams? Will this adjustment change the timing at all? |
