OK, fixed..
Thanks for all the help and suggestions.
I had to go out to see if I was witnessing this illusion of my vanes spinning, took about 10 arrows to realize that was not the case. I twisted my cock feather a bit so the cock feather is 90 degrees to the string facing out and it stopped, my groups came back together and the arrow is no longer flying oddly.
That was stressful.
