String wax??
Hi guys,
I was reading the diamond users guide and they recommend BCYML 6 synthetic string wax or an equivalent product. I was wondering what is an equivalent product ?? I'v heard that Dalton string conditioner is an equivalent is it?? And what do you guys use ?? |
RE: String wax??
ML6 is about the best there is....I use Bohning Excellerator......very good stuff as well.

RE: String wax??
I've used them all, and I really can't tell the difference. I change my string so many times a year that it really doesn't matter what I use, but I normallyuse the Dalton's. I ran out and bought some from Academy a few months ago, the only thing I don't like about it, it's real hard. I imagine, I'll toss it away when 3D season starts again, a go back to Dalton's

RE: String wax??
i believe equivalent would mean containing silicone in this case.

RE: String wax??
I use ML6, but I have also heard good things about Dalton's:D

RE: String wax??
White lightning, Black lightning, Ten Point Crossbow wax are all decent substitutes. They are gummy and have silicon in them. Think about this. If it's more like candle wax it isn't the good stuff.
