I'm sure it's relatively safe to shoot that weight arrow out of your setup. It's what I'd call a lightweight arrow and not ideal for hunting, but it's a very popular combination and heavy enough to not worry about your bow.

Sounds like it should fit...the only thing I might add is watch the quick spins. From what I have found and tried, they do make noise duringn arrow flight. You can hear them spinning down range.

You shouldn't cut your arrow unless they are too weak for your setup. I doubt they are. If you cut them and they're already stiff enough, you will have to increase draw weight, and/or increase tip weight. You should not be arbitrarily cutting the arrows. You want the length to match the arrow stiffness to your bow setup. The only way to know for sure, is to bareshaft test them for spine matching.

You can shoot agood range of spine stiffnesses and stillget the same accuracy results unless you are trying to compete in competitions. Stiffer is always better than being underspined especially when it comes to hunting.
Idoubt you will have to lower the DW by taking 1" off of that. The arrow is 8.2 gpi + 36 gr for the fletching, 11 or so for the nock, 100 gr tip and 25 gr for the insert.Arrow is about 410 gr. 410gr/65lb gives you 6.3 gpl. As long as you are above 5 gpl you are fine. 6 is a better place to be minimum though. Cutting off 1" will not require you to decrease your DW.My buddy was using the same arrow length with a 29" DL and a 100 gr head and was good.
Your arrow set-up weight is not "light" or " not deal" for hunting. That set-up and much lighter have killed deer for a long time and don't let anyone else tell you otherwise.
