What kinda stabilizer do you use?
I use a NAP shock blocker(6" screwed into a cobra shock buster which overall makes it 7 inches. This is what I use on my FX. When I get my cybertec i plan on getting the longer 8" shock blocker. What kinda stabilizer do you use? Do you preffer a short of long stabilizer and why? I myself like a longer stabilizer even when hunting.

I use a Simms Enhancer 2000 for many situations. Especially hunting. I like to keep them on the shorter side when hunting, but I like longer for 3D. I really like the Vibracheck Isolators and the longer Doinkers too. I have never tried the Shockblockers or the Tranquilizers. Would like to try them though.

I use a 4" Doinker Shorty Hunter which I bought after forgetting 3 times to attach the 8" stabalizer I had, and not realizing it until in the stand. It seems to work well, and fits into the case.

A stabilizer is particular to each and every bow/arrow system. No one can tell you exactly which stabilizer to use on your rig unless the rigs were absolutely identical in every way.

Ky,
I have 12 different stabilizers.
Right now, I only use AEP.
They have adjustable weights, rubber shock absorbers at each end, and have a hollow chamber with holes drilled at precise locations to further help in reducing recoil.
They are avialable in large and small diameters to suit your set-up. Their quick dis-connect is the best too.
It is available in straight or 10 degree down versions.
The stabilizers are available from 3" to 30" in target, annodised, or dipped camo finishes. They work great for target, 3-D, or hunting.
Also, imo, they're the coolest looking stabilizers ever made.

Right now, the one's shown at the website are the black and target colored versions.
