Default Best Fletching Stripper

I looking for the best fletching stripper. I have a ton of arrows to strip and don't want to spend too much time. I don't care how expensive it is. Any advice? Thanks.

Get a gallon of acetone from lowes. Open the can and stick as many arrows in the can as will fit in the hole. Leave overnight, next morning your arrows are ready to fletch. Been doing this for years..

Acetone isn't so good for carbons. I use a dull jacknife to do most of the work and then sandpaper. Clean em up with alcohol. AND, it is tedious...

The ZipStrip is really the best one in my opinion !!!

I knew someone would disagree. Everyones entitled to their own opinion but ive had the same set of 2 dozen Gold Tips since the year 2000. Im not gentle with them so i refletch them often. They have been soaked in acetone alot and never a problem. This method is so simple, no scraping and no sandpaper. Like i said, been doing it for years. Ive never been one to use archery specific glues or strippers. They are usually regular products with an archery name on them for twice the price. Acetone to strip fletch and super glue to put them back on. I use two part epoxy from the hardware store to glue inserts in carbon arrows.

I always use just a small jack knife for stripping. And it would probably be better just to take a little extra time on them than to mess them up.

I use the utility knife blade that has a curved cut out in it. Works fine. Problem with a pocket knife is you don't want to dig into the arrow. It probably wouldn't happen but if you ever saw that pic of a hand with an exploded carbon in it - you might change your mind how you treat your arrows. To each his own.
