here's what i found out !!!!
 

after going to the archery store to have someone there help me out. i paper tuned it there and found it to make nice holes in the paper. i also found out my arrows are to heavy for my set draw weight. i alos put a rope thing instead of using the copper ring for release. now my shots are grouping all except one left but in a 2" radius.
