RE: adjusting arrow rest
My first move would be to twist the nock (if you have that style of nock). Then spray some foot powder on your fletching and shoot again. If it is still making contact try a little more twist. Keep going till you get it right. Not familiar with your rest but if you can, spread the prongs a little, but not enough so the arrow falls thru.

I shoot the Quicktune 4000 fallawa not but used to shoot the 1000. Move your rest away from the bow [toward the left fork where it's rubbing]. Caution . . . move it 1/32" at a time until it clears without contacting the fork. The rest tells you which direction it needs to move.
