Fine Tuning Steps

I was just wondering what all you guys do to fine tune your bows, after you have tuned them? And do you do any super fine tuning like twisting and untwisting cables to get what ever fits you perfectly? All I have ever done before is just paper tuning then sight in, but if I want to be any kind of competition on the 3D range some year I think I may have to crank it up a notch. So what do you guys do?
