is this considered a dry fire?
i was setting up my new fred bear instinct and in the process of marking the arrow to be cut for length. it got away from me and launched the arrow. it had no tip on it just the insert and it was factory length. i know dry fire can be a bad thing but i figure even though the arrow was not cut yet and lacked a broadhead it should of still been enough to curb dry fire just wanted to get some other opinions thanks
