KE Equation

Hey ya'll need a little help here. The notebook that i had this eqation in has come up missing. So if ya'll could send it my way that would be great!
I need to figure out the KE of my new(old) finger bow. Thanks alot!

Arrow Weight X Speed X Speed divided by 450240 wil give you the KE.
