Helical Fletching how many degrees?
 

Just bought a muzzy zero effect rest all my arrows are straight fletched.I would like to try a helical but don't now how many degrees to put on.Arrows are easton carbon evolution 400's and I would like to stay with 5 inch plastic vanes if possible,also right or left helical?any help would be appreciated.Have bitzenburger jig.
