There are a few books that I know of. There is "Tuning Your Compound Bow" by Larry Wise. There is "Idiot Proof Archery" by Bernie Pellerite. I do not know of many videos out there for this but those books should get you started.

www.grivtech.com

I highly recommend purchasing that; it may seem a bit pricey, but aren't most of us working on $800 bows or something like that?

You can also google "LeEarl tuning video" and probably come up with the one he put out too

Here's a few threads I've written whichyou may not have ever seen that seemed to help quite a few folks out, too...

instructional thread for capping and cresting arrows

Hope that helps ya out a bit!

Are you suggesting to buy the book or the DVD (from Grivtech)?

I think GRIV only has a DVD available at the moment. He also sells a cutbook for shooting at Darrington, but I don't think that's gonna help you much. The DVD was/is excellent.

I went back and saw what could have caused the confusion. I just listed his site at first, and than as an afterthought said I'd highly suggest "that" without making clear what "that" was... GRIV's DVD was what I meant.

Le Earl over on ArcheryTalk.com put together a great video called "Stay Tuned". It covers everything from breaking down the bow, installing accessories, paper tuning, bare shaft tuning, walk-back tuning. I bought a copy last year. Highly recommend. I believe I paid15.00 shipped. You can go directly to his website and order it. http://www.fairchaseadventures.com/staytuned.html
