340 should be perfect for your setup. You can go to Eastons website and download the Easton shaft selector and it will give you K.E., F.O.C. and tell you what spine you should be shooting. I'm going to 340s from 400s because I am borderlinewith a27-28" arrow at 70 lbs. I shoot a 28.5" draw.
