Draw length...?

Field point weight...?

Wraps and type of vanes...?

Well, one thing you are underspined by a good bunch depending on you having, say a 29" arrow with a 29-30" draw with 100gr tip.If you have a lighter tip or 27" arrow, then you sound like you are ok.

You also might be hitting cables or the riser especially if its underspined. If any of the conditions above are valid, drop the wieght and see what happens.

If you don't want to go lighter up front then put on a wrap, and that will stiffen the spine some.

You don't say the arrow length or draw length, but if either is more than about 26" then your arrows are grossly underspined. In fact, the next spine up (.340) can be pretty iffy at around 29".

Do yourself a favor. Take two turns off the limbs and try again. This might at least confirm the spine issue.

sorry for not enough info arrows are 27'' AND 100 GRAIN field tips according to the charts I should be spined ok, but I am new at this and can't figure out why I have run out of adjustment on the rest. I think my form is ok because I probably shot 15 arrows through the paper and all of them had a nock left tear.

27" should be stiff enough. When I find I run out of adjustment and get the same tear no matter how far out I set or how far in I set, I find clearance issues. How are you nocking your arrow? Cock fletch down or to the left? I have a PSE with clearance issues and with blazers I have to set them cock fletch outto the left. Check and make sure they can clear the cables. Switchback should have plenty of clearance unlike my PSE.
