Redneck Bowhunter: I KNOW a fixed blade is open all the time. I was merely making a point that there is no worry about expanding blades. Do you think that I (or anyone for that matter) is that dumb? Give me a break.

I use the spitfires.No o-rings and they work great. i haven't had any problems with them in the past 3 seasons.
