Default Help!! String jumps off the cam.

Please help! I have a problem with my bow. It is a Hoyt vectrix with Cam & ½. The problem is that the string came off the bottom cam a view times. I can’t see where it goes wrong. What could be wrong and what can I do to correct this? Thanks for any help.

Being thestring came off a few times I would take it to your local shop and have it checked out, possibly a problem with the cam, but I would have the string replaced anyway!.

Cam Lean. Improperly tuned bow is my first thought.

Could be several things. Was it ever dry fired? If so the cam or axle is probably bent. If not it could be too much tension on one of the cables from it being out of tune or miss drilled axle holes in the limbs. In any case, you need a proshop.
