arrow legnth

i just ordered a dozen Carbon Express Terminator XP Selects. spine is .362.

im shooting a Reflex Highlander at 70lb(will have the limbs maxed), 28" draw.my arrows have to be 27.5 of greater. im also shooting 125gr fieldpoints(already have about a dozen 125gr muzzys so thats what im shootin!! lol, and blazer vanes.

can anyone tell me what legnth i will see best performance and less headaches from?? last year my Epic 400s were 29. i had a weak spine and had to cut 2 inches off to get it close enough. took care of the problem...just looking to avoid it and get the best flight i can this year...anyone have a legnth recomendation to have the CXs cut to?? looks like 28-29 they fall right in about the middle of the charts..but we all know how charts go.....the epics fit in the charts too lol.

thanx...

Ok, well I wouldn't cut them any shorter than 1" past the rest, but any longer than that isn't needed either. Of course you know the shorter the stiffer......After you cut them to the right length, you can stiffen them up some by either reducing weight on the front, or adding weight to the back.....Or both.....

thanx mo. my 27s are darn near tooo short. if i draw back hard and overdraw a bit and dont sit in the "valley" my broadheads will hit the prongs. had to cut them that short...it was cheaper than arrows lol. and worked...so 28 should be about right for me. hopefullllly the spine works out good. i dont wanna mess with nothin lol. i had major headaches last summer. i think the .362 spine fell about perfect where i wanted to be...i just know im shooting my 125gr muzzys...no question about it. if needed i will just tune them with my tracer nocks in:D or buy some insert weights or heavy inserts or whatever needs done...hopefully nothing. we shall see

The 6075 XP Selects cut at 28 inches with a 125 grain broadhead will be good match for the specs that you gave . They should not give you any trouble at all for tuning.
