it ought to stabilize the bow a bit, make it easier to hold on target. its real nice, specially on a hunting bow, if it takes out some shock and vibration from the bow - because that translates to less noise.

Those are target stabilizers, and not practical for hunting because they inhibit maneuverability. On the firing line at a range though, it doesn't matter... and that added mass weight way out front helps the bow "hold" steadier.

I like my little 3 inch Doinker works great.

i found a 7" Doinker for about that price...it was a steal.

i really like the weight forward design of my Doinker. it helps even more than a normal stabilizer of the same legnth and weight IMO. also kills more shock/noise/vibration than my old nAP shock blocker i used to shoot.

something is better than nothing...i hear alot of good about the S-coil from Sims and its not much more than the one your looking at.

after i got my Doinker my bow felt ALOT better to me. sits nicely in my hand and doesnt move much after the shot. but Doinkers come with a cost..i just got lucky and found mine cheap
