Re fletching question?????

A buddy of mine refletched a bunch of arrows for me, some new, some used. I also had him wrap them with the reflective wraps. They looked great. Went to shoot them today and couldn't get more than two shots with them out of my WB before a fletching would come off. Now before anybody gets into the WB arguement, It does not happen with my stock fletched arrows. So my question is, is there a different type of adhesive to use over wraps or the reflective wraps? No WB discussion, I love mine!

What glue/adhesive are you using now?

I would try wiping the wraps with alcahol before fletching and see if that helps:)

Got to thinking about it this morning. Went out and checked. It was the same fletching on each of the 4 arrows that came off. Checked vane alignment with WB and the vane was just hitting the rest wiskers on the bisquit. So I am going to adjust the knock and hope it's that and not the bow being out of tune. We'll see, but it shouldn't be the adhesive.

I think you've solved the problem. I've noticed alotof problems come from the vane hitting the black bristles on a WB.Also, when cleaning shafts/wraps prior to fletching use 91% isopropyl alcohol, the 70% stuff has oil in it.
