Spine question

I'm getting a new rest with an overdraw, and i was wondering if cutting your arrows 2 - 3in shorther if it will effect the spine of the arrow causing tuning problems?

Cutting the arrow shorter makes the dynamic spine stiffer.

Also be aware that your Grs/lb will drop as well as your KE.
