Good Case for Shorter Bow?

My wife got me a Flambeau hard case with my Legacy I got for Christmas, and it's a decent case for the price she paid (Wal-Mart clearance) but it's not really what I want. My main problem with it is that it's way too big for my 34" ATA bow. It has about 5" of extra space on each end of the bow and is too long to fit in the trunk of my car. I would like a case that will hold the bow with the quiver mounted, a dozen arrows, and has some kind of pocket to hold extra stuff like release, extra tips, glue, etc., and is small enough to fit in the trunk of my car. I would prefer a hard case (lockable, airline approved to be more precise) that's as inexpensive as possible, since quite a lot has been spent on this setup already, but I also want something that will protect the sizeable investment too.

I appreciate any advice anyone can give. I thought about posting this in the Bowhunting Gear Review forum, but I seem to get faster and better responses in this one.

Which model are you talking about? I was looking at the SKB website last night and didn't see one that was what I am looking for.

Jim is right the SKB cases are the best you can get.
They are sposed to be bringing out a case specially for the BT Patriot and Mathews legacy they are a little wider than normal.

You could also look at their golf case I know a couple of guys who have these for transporting more than one bow.

I talked to a guy at SKB today and he said the case you guys are referring to be will be unveiled at the show (like everything else in the archery world, it seems) and will be available through all the retailers that carry their other sports cases. I guess I got lucky and talked to the right person because had a Bowtech bow (I assume a Patriot) and was all excited about the case, too. He wasn't allowed to give me any real info since it's all "hush hush" until the show, but not to buy any other their other bow cases or bags until I check that one out. He wasn't even allowed to tell me if it was a hard case or a bag. I'm hoping it's a hard case, of course. I guess I'll just stick it out with this big old Flambeau until then. :)
