Limb pocket grease
 
I'm putting some new limbs on a bow and when it's apart, I want to regrease the limb pockets. The grease now is red. What kind of grease is suggested? Also anything else I can do while I have it all apart?

We use Hot Sauce whichI believe its made by Quantum for greasing fishing reels.

Grease the hole in the cam that the axel slides through, clean the tracks your string sits in...

I usually use a Plumber's grease, which is oderless and waterproof.

lithium is good also
silicone is good but the reel stuf is costly
