Mark:
Welcome to the worldthat PRO Shops face every day-trying to find out what is wrong with another person's old bow without spending too much time and money doing it.
And to somewhat answer your question, it is rare that I don't find a bow consistent. It will most likely be consistently wrong, or it will be consistently right. The biggest variable I see is in a dozen arrows and especially the less expensive ones.
Good luck,
Len

Holy cow, gibblet, you seem to be right. I cleaned out the cableslide with all the wax, and smoothed out the wax on the string so not so much excess, and loosened the MZE arm, and shooting great first 6 shots thru paper. You may have been reaching, but I think your right.
