Hello, neighbor. I recommend the whisker biscuit. They work rather well on the Genesis, plus give you peace of mind that the young shooter won't be fighting with the arrow falling off the rest, which is common with the youngin's

That's what I put on my kids bows when they were starting uut. My daughter sill uses it.

I would use a cheap prong rest myself. Not only do they work well, but it will teach them to draw smoothely and hold the bow straight. I wouldn't spend the money a WB costs on a kids bow, you could use a flipper rest just as easily at this point.

In my opinion the WB is probably one of the worst rests you could put on a new archers bow. They are not a very forgiving rest.

I have a 2 prong Hoyt rest I will GIVE you for her if you're interested....I lost the mounting bolt, but you should be able to find one at a pro shop or heck, even a hardware store. The rest is in good shape, pm if you want it.

I kinda agree with Paul on this one. Teach the kids at an early age the proper form and things like that and get them a prong rest or something like that where they have to learn to hold the bow straight when drawing.
