Hoyt Magnatec

I used to be an avid bowhunter but have taken about 5 years off because I got too busy. I just bought a Hoyt Magnatec from a friend but it doesn't have an arrow rest. I am curious about what I should use. How can I determine what will fit this bow? What is a solid ret for a hunter? I want to keep it simple in that regard, minimal fuss.

Also, if anyone can tell me about what I have I would appreciate it. It is a Hoyt Magnatec Intruder 60-70lb, length 28.5-31, string 58, bc 36, 51577. thanks

I believe you should be able to match up to one of these.

You will get many opinions on rest.

I'm not personally a fan of them but if you want a simple rest that performs well with minimal fuss it sounds like you need a Whisker Bisquit.

I just listed a magna tec on another forum for sale.I shot many rest, but my favorite for hunting is the whisker bisquit.Simple to set up,stays tuned, holds your arrow in place. It is just a good simple rest.Good luck with your magna tec,I hope I don't reget selling mine.
