WHAT DO THE NUMBERS ON ARROWS MEAN? SUCH AS 4560

4560 represents the draw weight range they are intended for as it relates to spine. Most arrow makers number their arrows differently, but it all relates to spine. 4560 arrows, at least those made by Carbon Express, exhibit approximately a 400 spine rating, or .400" spine deflection.

Easton labels theirs with the spine rating, 500 being the weakest, 300 being the stiffest.

This might help you. You might set your type size back to 2. Larger than that people think you are yelling at them.

bigfella I have been searching for the same answers myself today. Real good information on the traditional thread - look for any threads on "arrows" - there are about three good ones. I got lots of help. Also go to bowmaker.net, bowjackson.com, and huntersfriend.com and look for arrow selection guide.

It's even worse than that. Bafoon is spelled b-u-f-f-o-o-n [:o]
