Arrow length vs Draw length

Is there a formula for optimum performance when determining arrow length vs. your draw length? I realize arrow length/draw weightdetermines spine...just wondering about optimum cut length for a given draw length. Thanks.

RE: Arrow length vs Draw length

in the end arrow legnth is usually deterimined by the rest on the bow. i hear of guys shooting arrows 2-3 inches shorter than draw legnths. this year with my nap 1000 i got the rest as far back as it will go(toward the string) and shot 27 inch arrows with a 28" draw. i dont like it. that broadhead is to close for comfort IMO..but had to have them cut that short because at 29 they were too light of a spine.
