String wax?

Is there any differnces between string waxes?...I have some bohning wax in a tube, and some bohning wax that is for synthetic strings, what should I use on my zebra string?...this is my 3rd string, and I have had this bow for less than 2 months, first string was my fault, I got a little shakey with the nocking pliers, second who knows, i go to use it and a bunch of the strands were cut, and i waxed the crap out of it with the regular bohning wax....will wax actually hurt my string?

RE: String wax?

I can't tell you that a certain wax would hurt your string because I don't know. But I can say that Gibblet here put me onto BCY ML-6 and so far I really like it. Little bit softer than Bohning so it soaks in easier and it doesn't flake off compared to some. Even my Bowtech manual suggests it.

Agreed. BCY ML6 is the best there is.
